Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end autonomous driving systems integrating LiDAR, radar, and computer vision technologies
- Develop real-time decision-making frameworks for complex urban environments
- Lead cross-functional teams in AI/ML model deployment and validation
- Ensure compliance with evolving federal and state autonomous vehicle regulations
- Design fail-safe mechanisms for edge-case scenarios in dynamic traffic conditions

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in autonomous system architecture (perception, planning, control)
- Strong programming proficiency in C++/Python with ROS experience
- Published research in autonomous navigation or machine learning
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
