Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate real-time chat conversations to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and reports in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and de-escalate conflicts or toxic behavior effectively.
- Educate users on community policies and rules.
- Collaborate with the content moderation team to improve policies and processes.
- Document interactions and report trends or bugs to the technical team.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, community management, or content moderation is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and basic computer applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
- Must be available during peak hours (evenings/weekends may apply).
