Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate live chat conversations in real-time to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and support requests via chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Identify and escalate potential security risks or policy violations to the senior moderation team.
- Maintain a positive and engaging user experience by providing accurate information and helpful solutions.
- Track and document user feedback, trends, and issues to help improve product features and user support processes.
- Collaborate with the content moderation team to update and clarify community standards as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or community moderation.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
