Responsibilities

- Enforce platform rules, including filtering inappropriate language and behavior.
- Escalate complex issues or security threats to the senior moderation team.
- Engage with users to foster a positive community atmosphere and user retention.
- Document daily moderation activities and report on community trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in customer service or online moderation.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
