Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate live chat conversations on various digital platforms to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Respond to user inquiries promptly, professionally, and empathetically to resolve issues and enhance user satisfaction.
- Enforce platform rules and report violations or toxic behavior to the moderation team immediately.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming, and inclusive tone in all communications.
- Document user feedback and report technical glitches or feature requests to the product team.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English with exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
- Proven experience in customer service, chat moderation, or social media management.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and switch between multiple chat windows efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, solution-oriented mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
