Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with global market trends in AI and Quantum technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of next-gen neural networks and autonomous systems.
- Team Building: Recruit and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes projects.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and prepare for technological shifts relevant to the year 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
