Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI models capable of processing exabyte-scale datasets.
- Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and quantum researchers to drive innovation.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration within our core product lines, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.
- Research & Development: Drive innovation in Neural Architecture Search (NAS), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Governance: Establish and enforce ethical AI governance frameworks, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with C-level executives and product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into marketable solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Advanced Knowledge: Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their application to classical ML problems.
- Track Record: Proven history of shipping AI products to market that impact millions of users.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
