Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 2026 AI Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructures capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead a world-class team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in the research and development of next-gen neural networks.
- Oversee the integration of Quantum Computing algorithms with classical machine learning models.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex technical concepts into market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proven experience designing systems that integrate Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
