Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead research and pilot programs for emerging technologies including AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Identify and evaluate high-risk, high-reward tech investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into existing products.
- Establish partnerships with key industry players and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the development of internal talent pipelines focused on next-gen skills.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Technology or IT sector.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing futuristic or disruptive technologies.
- Deep expertise in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and Future Systems Design.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing large budgets and complex technical teams.
