Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to integrate into our core products.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead the development and adoption of cutting-edge technologies to maintain our competitive edge and enhance user experience.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of high performance, transparency, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the C-Suite and product teams to align technical capabilities with business goals and market demands.
- Infrastructure & Security: Oversee the architectural integrity of our systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability for global operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term technical investments.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
- Futuristic Outlook: Proven track record of successfully navigating and implementing emerging technologies for business transformation.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and scalable system design.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term strategic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
