Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's 2026 business goals and market positioning.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) into our core offerings.
- Infrastructure Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Talent Management: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies for the executive board and investors.
- Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements and ensure the highest standards of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and adopting new technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
