Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the organization, with a specific focus on innovations expected to mature by 2026.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Oversee the architecture and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective procurement of hardware and software resources.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive in the global market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership, including at least 5 years in a CTO or VP of Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the FinTech or Healthcare sectors is a significant plus.
