Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service concerns efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite

- Available to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
