Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments using Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 20+ calls/day, 30+ emails/day
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2C environment
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills in English/Spanish bilingual
- Quiet home office with reliable internet
- Ability to work PST hours (8am-5pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background/drug screening
