Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound customer calls daily via VoIP system
- Resolve billing inquiries and payment processing issues
- Update customer records in CRM with 100% accuracy
- Meet daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, conversion rates)
- Document all interactions using ticketing system protocols
- Collaborate with remote team members via Slack and Zoom
- Participate in mandatory weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Must reside in Charlotte, NC area (for local tax purposes)
- Pass background check and drug screening
