Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and company data into various digital databases with high accuracy.
- Review and verify all incoming data for completeness, correctness, and compliance with company protocols.
- Perform regular data audits to identify errors and implement necessary corrections.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or system issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
