Responsibilities
- Delocate high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing inquiries and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex resolution
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)

Qualifications
