- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize product performance and user experience
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous collaboration
