In this role, you will be the bridge between our raw data and actionable business insights. You will leverage your analytical skills to drive decision-making processes, optimize operational efficiency, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Data: Gather, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Create comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that summarize data findings and present them to the management team.
- SQL & Data Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from databases and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
