Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to extract meaningful insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial or tech sector.
- Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into analytical tasks.
