Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to identify business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present findings and data stories to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
