Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to uncover market trends and business opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Optimize data collection processes and maintain data quality standards
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for marketing and product improvements
- mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record translating complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable impact
