Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that will help our stakeholders make informed decisions. You will bridge the gap between data science and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize complex data sets.
- Perform extensive data cleaning, integration, and transformation using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within our data workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and database management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
