Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our analytics team. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting vast amounts of data to solve complex business problems. Your insights will directly influence product development and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Marketing, to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Write clear and concise documentation for data pipelines and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the US market.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Python or R is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong communication skills.
