Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with remote work preferred
