Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks on data pipelines.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Optimize data workflows to improve reporting efficiency and speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
