Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor KPIs.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Visualization: Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated individual with a reliable home office setup and strong time management skills.
