Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy across all systems
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- Optimize data collection processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and machine learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Proficient with Excel and Google Analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects required
