Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Document data processes and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
