Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- SQL & ETL: Write complex SQL queries and perform ETL processes to extract data from various sources.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, pipelines, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in a fully remote environment.
