Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business objectives and troubleshoot data anomalies
- Implement data quality controls and improve data governance processes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear visualizations and narratives
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proficient in statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
