Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present complex data findings to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
