Key Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, concise narratives.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
