- Sort, organize, and file physical and digital documents securely.
- Assist in the transcription of handwritten notes into digital formats.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
