Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and company data into various software systems and databases.
- Verify and correct errors in existing data to ensure high-quality records.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Transcribe information from documents and handwritten notes into digital formats.
- Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling and summarizing data.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Perform routine quality checks on data entry tasks before submission.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1+ years preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
