- Review and audit data for discrepancies, errors, or omissions before final submission.
- Organize and digitize physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
- Communicate with team members and departments to clarify data requirements and resolve queries.
- Generate weekly reports and summaries based on entered data to assist management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 45 WPM required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
