- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and financial data.
- Organize and digitize physical documents using high-quality scanners.
- Communicate regularly with the team lead to report progress and resolve data discrepancies.
- Ensure all files are backed up and stored according to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related fields.
- Exceptional typing speed with a high degree of accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
