- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on entered data to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Assist in organizing digital files and archiving documents as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy (less than 5 errors per 100 words).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
