In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring Horizon 2026 remains the industry leader in predictive modeling and autonomous systems. You will work closely with C-suite executives to drive innovation and shape the company's long-term identity.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a comprehensive long-term technical and strategic vision for Horizon 2026.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Oversee the R&D pipeline for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to translate technical capabilities into marketable solutions.
- Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and best practices for AI deployment and data privacy.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitive threats within the global technology landscape.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of the ethical implications of AI and experience implementing responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable system architecture is highly preferred.
