Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap, defining milestones and technical objectives.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of large-scale deep learning models.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Transformer models) to integrate them into our product suite.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
