Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical innovation with business goals.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core business workflows.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) for potential deployment.
- Establish a culture of innovation, fostering cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems ensuring security and performance at enterprise scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical transformations.
- Exceptional strategic vision and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
