Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the company's 2026 and beyond strategic vision, focusing on AGI, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to inform long-term R&D investment decisions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate high-level strategic goals into operational execution plans.
- Oversee the creation of 'blue sky' innovation labs and pilot programs for experimental technologies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Present complex strategic concepts to internal stakeholders and external investors with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with a focus on AI, Robotics, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps that have resulted in significant market disruption.
- Advanced degree (MBA or PhD preferred) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Physics, or Strategic Management.
- Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions in high-velocity environments.
- Strong network within the global tech ecosystem and venture capital community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
