Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to drive competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and R&D departments to translate high-level concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- R&D Management: Oversee pilot programs and research initiatives, ensuring a pipeline of innovations for the future.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term investments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or executive leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizon) and executing on them successfully.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, Blockchain).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage high-stakes projects within a fast-paced environment.
