Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with corporate vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future technologies into product strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor engineering teams on emerging tech adoption and ethical implementation
- Represent company at global tech summits and patent emerging innovations
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching quantum/AI products at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainability standards
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM/Qiskit or equivalent)
