Qualifications
- 15+ years tech leadership with 5+ in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record scaling future-tech initiatives to market
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Executive presence with board-level communication skills
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with federal grant programs (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages and cloud architectures
