Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI/biotech initiatives to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in ethical tech frameworks and future-gazing methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and regulators
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation units
