Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Predictive Analytics.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of senior data scientists, ML engineers, and product strategists.
- Identify emerging technological trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the R&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation for high-impact projects.
- Establish strict governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and security compliance.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in AI/ML strategy.
- Deep technical knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven history of driving organizational transformation and leading cross-functional teams to success.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory landscapes and AI ethical standards.
