Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-potential emerging technologies that align with business growth.
- Research & Development Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the research, prototyping, and deployment of next-generation solutions, including AI-driven automation and quantum-safe encryption.
- Innovation Management: Establish partnerships with leading tech incubators, universities, and research labs to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Project Governance: Oversee the lifecycle of major technology initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet rigorous quality standards.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Strategic Insight: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI, Blockchain, and Spatial Computing, with a proven track record of forecasting industry shifts.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
