The Role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on advanced AI integration and quantum computing readiness.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct R&D into emerging tech stacks, rigorously evaluating their viability for enterprise deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with long-term business goals and market expansion.
- Establish architectural standards for scalability, security, and performance in future-proof environments.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with adopting disruptive and emerging technologies.
- Speak at industry conferences and publish thought leadership regarding the future of technology.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record in leading AI initiatives, specifically in Generative AI or Large Language Models.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing paradigms.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and their potential applications in business solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior technical talent and drive engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
