Responsibilities
- Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning with corporate vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical trends into actionable business strategies.
- Identify market shifts and disruptive technologies that will impact our industry landscape.
- Manage the R&D budget and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities for future scalability.
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech innovators, startups, and academic institutions.
- Mentor future tech leaders and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, IT Management, or Product Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and emerging tech trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and drive cross-departmental consensus.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
